Zulema Garcia, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner-BC
Meet our medical provider Mrs. Zulema Garcia, a Brownsville native and graduate from Homer Hanna High School in 1995. She received a Certificate of Achievement as a Licensed Vocational Nurse from UTB/TSC in 2006. While working full time, she continued her education and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2007. In 2019, she continued to advance her career and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Immediately after she continued her studies and graduated with a Master of Science as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is now Board Certified in her field of study. Mrs. Garcia's background and experience include emergency care at VBMC as a new graduate RN. She was employed with Fresenius Kidney Care for 20 years as a nephrology nurse becoming proficient in Hemodialysis, Home Hemodialysis, and Peritoneal Dialysis. Mrs. Garcia is currently employed at Medicos En Casa serving the population in primary and chronic care including diabetes management, hypertension, asthma, COPD, ESRD, and aesthetics. She continues to educate herself and bring innovative ways to enhance your beauty and healthcare needs.
Nicole Rogers, MD
Meet our Supervising Physician, Nicole Rogers, MD, with 25 years of practicing Emergency Medicine. She has practiced across Texas and Oklahoma including Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Amarillo. Dr. Rogers is actively an ED Medical Director of a busy hospital in Texas. She is a college graduate from Oklahoma State University. Graduated medical school from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio and completed her residency at University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. She has a passion for aesthetics, women’s health and weight management. Dr. Rogers is the mother of two girls ages 11 & 12.
